The nature of time

Time is ticking slowly today. 15 minutes feels like a half hour or more. I think it has to do with my little sleep deprevation experiment over the weekend.
Well not really an experiment. Saturday night I was up late on Second Life, and forgot to take my meds. When I forget that, I don't sleep at all. By the time I got to sleep last night I had been up about 40 hours.
I get kind of wierd when I don't sleep. Well I get very honest. Its like a truth serum. Gave people the opprotuntity to ask me emberassing questions but no one took the bait. Pity, it can be fun sometimes.
In my honest state, had a very good talk with a friend. It was heartfelt and honest, but I don't think I need to be sleep deprived to be that way around her.
In other news I caught the eye of coporate types in Second Life. I have done two jobs for the Sun Microsystems Pavillion.
I did a TV and a Trivia system that they will use to conduct a java quiz.
I have since rehoused both products in steampunk inspired builds. I plan on selling them in my shop that I will have in Celedon Steam Sky City (that's two bits of news for the price of one).
The TV I am calling ZenMondo's Steampowered Clockwork Kinotoscope. The Trivia System is ZenMondo's Clockwork Quizaphone.
The TV er, Kinotoscope was built by the very talented (and cutest thing in all creation) Cornelia Rothschiled (
liarothschild) based on a sketch I gave her.

My Original Sketch

The Inventor and his creation
The Quizaphone is housed in a wax clyinder phonograph built by Professor Alfonso Avalanche. He specially modded a build for me, adding a microphone horn and a bell. Which lead me to add sound to the original script.

Zen and the Quizaphone
I am going through my stuff and seeing what else I can house in steampunk inpsired builds for my new shop.
Right now I am thinking of calling the Shoppe "ZenMondo's CodePoetry and Steamworks" But I am not married to it. Hmm the Quizaphone really isn't steam so maybe "Gearworks". Hmmm
I feel real fortunate to have gotten a parcel in Steam City. I am so looking forward to it. FreeFlow in Caledon On Sea will always be my home (knock on wood), but am looking forward to setting up shoppe in the steampunk inspired build of a flying city.
