Another Apple Question

Is it OSX or OS X? Is it ever system 10?

You know I used to have a floppy with system 1 on it. Thought the Icons looked a bit cartoony.

Also would use resedit to change all the refrences to Trash to toilet, including toilet icons, one with the lid up, and one with the lid down.

My favorite was changing the message "You cannot drag that to the trash" to "You can't put that shit in the toilet".

Haha! Resedit was such a great tool for mucking around in the interface. There's Resource Hacker for Windows, but it just isn't the same.

It's pronounced OS Ten. Or simply "Jaguar," "Panther," or "Tiger."

Back In The Day (tm) a few people called it system 10, but i haven't heard that in ages. probably not since 10.2 came out and everyone got on board with cat names.

also: ResEdit hacks were the shit! man, that was such silly fun. i miss some things from old macs. i miss my happy mac at startup!
