After 5 days in the hospital, buffalogal is home.

I have to give her shots twice a day now for the next 5 days. The nurse at the hospital taught me how, and I practiced on her with saline. I'll be giving her her medicine for the first time in about a half hour.

In other news Conor and I had an appointment today to assess him for ADHD. Well he doesn't have the Attention Defecit, but he does have the hyperactivity and ipulsivity. So starting this weekend we are going to start medicating him. So everyone in the family will be on meds of one kind or another now. Whee.

Sucks in one way, but in another thank goodness for modern medicine. I dont think any of us would be around today were we born in our grandparents day.

How is she doing, Zen? My mom had to do the same thing with my dad -- give him shots in the belly after he came home. Fortunately, he didn't need a hospital stay.

I hate meds.
