Here comes the sun, hello mr. blue sky

Its been a rough couple months for Zen. I was mildly depressed for a long time, had some heartbreak, and am now just coming out of a pretty serious depression that lasted oh about 6 weeks I guess.. maybe two months.

I was just getting by, not really taking care of myself, and just sinking, holding out for my next doc appointment. My loved ones urged me to seek help sooner, but my depression kind of kept me from taking any initiative and what initiative I did have stubbornness kept me waiting till my appointment. Long story short, I got my meds adjusted and am doing much better thank you very much.

While most of real life was unbearable, I took refuge in my second life. But at the worst of that, even all my friends there knew things were not right with me and urged me to get help.

But all in all Second Life is going well.

Having said that I am hoping to have more first life in a while.

My friend Adam is visiting this week, but has been spending his evenings on dates. I am happy for him, but I wish we had more time to hang out. We met for lunch today that was nice.

Am going to a concert tomorrow with a friend tomorrow. Looking forward to that.
