Listen up Boyo! There is but one cure or should I say tempering for this,which I know from experience... Get out and FIGHT!!! Get to the dojo,pick up a stick and beat up a tree (they really don't mind)BURN THAT SHIT OUT! Things need to get done? How can they if you aren't able to do it without getting twisted up? Do what you need to do,what you have to do,but take care of Chris first.
