You and I have never met, so take this for what it is worth, but in my humble opinion, you have not been spending nearly enough time in the dojo.

Some of the most effective grounding techniques I have found outside of shamanic practices are there. That and you speak of the dojo so fondly.

Just my 2 cents, take it for what it is worth, and I hope you feel more balanced soon.
