So I am thinking I want to start blogging again. I will be honest, I stopped pretty much because my life in Casper, WY was pretty stagnant. I was clinically depressed and getting worse with no support system to speak of. I lived moment to moment, just waiting for the time to be spent with my son. Well I am no longer in that situation.

About 4 weeks ago, with an eviction notice from my apartment manager, I collected some of my stuff, abandoned -- well quite a bit and ventured west and landed right back where I started: Stockton, CA.

I have a bedroom to stay in till August, then I have to find something else. So still getting things situated and hopefully will save enough money to get a new place in a couple months.

The other highlight of living in Stockton, is that I once again have access to a welcoming, vibrant, and honestly quite huggy Aikido Dojo. I am back at New School Aikido, training, and it feels like I have come awake after a long slumber.

When I am on the mat doing Aikido, my body feels like its doing what its designed to do (though I do not believe bodies are designed), I feel like I am following my fate (though I do not believe in fate), and all feels right with the universe (though I know that there are evils to be combated, suffering to be remedied and hunger that needs to be fed). Anyway Aikido feels good. REALLY GOOD. Its just about my favorite thing to do these days.

Also something I did not have in Casper, and that is a local Comic Shop. Well here I have my CHOICE of comic shops. And my choice is the best comic shop in the world, The Launchpad on Sacramento Street, Lodi.

So are people still reading livejournal? Do I still have people reading mine though its been fallow for years? Or am I a voice in the wilderness and should stick to facebook?
