My turn for a cute Conor story

This is usually the domain of "Gongy" aka keltgrrl but sometimes Da has cute stories about his boy as well.

Yesterday, Conor found some old Mickey Mouse shoes under his bed and was trying to put them on, but they were too small for his feet, and he began to cry in frustration. So I sit beside him and try to explain the situation.

"Conor, those shoes are old. You have grown. You are too big for those shoes."

"No! I'm not too big! I'm JUST RIGHT!" (*)

"Oh, ofcourse you're just right, I'm sorry. What I meant to say is that the shoe is too little."

"Yeah."
