NOT friends only

I am thinking of putting a banner like this on my journal:




I figure the friends only banners are all nice and pretty and done in photoshop, that a NOT friends only banner should be ugly as sin, and done with an simple paint program.

Oh I have a year? *phew* thats a relief for my Irish. I need a tape player so I can start listening to my tapes again. So, I would love to. I will call the courthouse and see what I have to do to officiate as an ULC minister. I wonder if a declaration is enough, or if I have to register my credentials.

If the vows are ready, I can start working on getting the Irish right. I know the pronounciation rules somewhat so you can be sure I pronounce sla/inte as "slahn-cha" and not "slayn-tee". :)

Ofcourse we should hook up BEFORE then. Sheesh.

I also need a new torc....

Don't worry too much about the Gaelic. It would be cool to have a part of it in Gaelic, but I'm not stressing if it doesn't happen. We're having a hard time finding someone that will translate the vows, so it's not a huge deal. While I'm thinking about it...we were going to bring in theatrical lighting that would probably stay static through the ceremony (I don't think it'd be flashing) and maybe have a few torches that are going to be out of reach of small hands. Is there anything that really sets Conor off more than other things in the way of lights? I want to make sure we make this enjoyable to everyone, not just us.

Our wedding is going to be Aug 5, 2006, so basically you have a year and a month. I put together a very rough script/order of how we want the ceremony to go. As it looks now, hope you like talking. ;)

Terry was wondering where you'd get a torc? He was thinking about getting one too.
