NOT friends only

I am thinking of putting a banner like this on my journal:




I figure the friends only banners are all nice and pretty and done in photoshop, that a NOT friends only banner should be ugly as sin, and done with an simple paint program.

That's not what I meant. I meant as in, put it up as a backdated entry like a "Friends Only" entry.
